Slow screens at peak
A till that waits on the internet after every tap adds seconds to every order. At lunch those seconds become a queue out of the door.
Items, Pay, tender. The receipt and kitchen tickets print on their own. DineBills is built for counters where every second at the till is a customer waiting in line.
At lunch, every second at the till turns into a longer queue. DineBills keeps the menu on the till itself, so the line moves at the speed of your cashier, not your internet.
Fast food lives and dies on throughput. Most counter problems come from software that was never designed for 300 orders an hour.

Combos, meal upgrades and "choose any two" offers get rung up wrong, so you lose margin or the kitchen makes the wrong thing.
The fryer gets the drinks, the grill misses a burger, and somebody has to shout across the kitchen to fix it.
When the connection fails on a cloud-only POS, you are back to pen and paper, then hours of re-entry after close.
Every part of DineBills is tuned for short, repeatable orders: big buttons, fewer screens, and printing that just happens.
Set up deals once in the back office: fixed combos, choose X from a group, and make-it-a-meal upgrades. The POS walks the cashier through each choice, and required options cannot be skipped.
Route each item or category to a station: grill, fryer, drinks, dessert. Each station gets its own KOT on a printer, a kitchen display, or both, the moment the order is paid.
Cash, card on your external terminal, or split between both. Quick-tender buttons round to the notes customers actually hand over, the drawer opens and the receipt prints.
A typical counter order in DineBills. Most take three taps from first item to paid.
Favourites, categories or a barcode scan. Deals open their choices automatically.
Cash, card or split. Quick-cash buttons fill the amount.
The receipt prints at the till and KOTs print at each station.
Stations work from their own ticket or KDS and bump when done.
The order number on the receipt is called at the pass.

You choose per terminal. Pay-first counters fire tickets on Pay; counters that cook while the guest pays can fire on Send. Either way each station gets only its own items.
Yes. You can build fixed combos, "choose X from a group" deals and make-it-a-meal upgrades in the back office. The POS asks for each required choice, applies the right price and sends every component to the right kitchen station.
Either. Each station can be set to a printer, a kitchen display, or both. If a display goes offline, the POS prints that station’s tickets so the kitchen never misses an order.
Drive-thru can run as its own order type with separate numbering and reports. Self-ordering kiosks move ordering off the till entirely; see the kiosk page for how they connect to the same kitchen queue.
